"This home was nothing short of a rollercoaster," recalls the owner, a nature-loving architect who dreamed of creating a retreat deep in the jungle. He found the perfect forested hillside in Pawna, where the Sahyadris stretch as far as the eye can see. But building Aranya Vilas wasn't easy - treacherous roads, dense greenery, and hauling materials to this secluded spot posed many challenges. Each detail, from the wooden ceilings and textured walls to the cozy jute carpets, was thoughtfully chosen to draw the surrounding hills into the heart of the home. Now, after countless hurdles, SaffronStays Aranya Vilas stands as a tribute to his passion for the wilderness. With an infinity pool overlooking the hills, a monsoon-fed waterfall, and lush lawns, it offers a peaceful escape where nature takes center stage.
