He shared how 7-Eleven is leveraging personalization, Gen AI, and camera analytics to create tailored experiences for diverse customer bases. ◾ Ms. Neha Kant (Co-Founder & CRO - Clovia) discussed Clovia's innovative approach to lingerie fitting solutions with their Clovia Curve Fit Test, that uses data-driven insights to achieve mass personalization. She highlighted the importance of digital tools in enhancing customer experience and how Clovia fosters a culture of joy and connectivity among its predominantly female workforce. ◾ Mr. Satyashis S Banerjee (HR Head - Jiomart) shed light on the evolving consumer behaviour, particularly in grocery retail.     Transformance '24 - Building a High-Performance Workforce: Empowering Employees for Success   At Transformance '24, Reliance Retail's Annual Learning and Development Symposium, we had an enlightening panel discussion on building a high-performance workforce. Moderated by Mr. SHAJI ABRAHAM (L&D Head - Fashion and Lifestyle) whose thought-provoking questions brought out multiple impactful insights. ◾ Mr. Venkatesh GR (CHRO - Reliance Retail) emphasized that building a high-performance workforce requires balancing efficiency, agility, and a strong organizational culture. By using real-time data and adopting the latest technologies, we ensure our teams are not only empowered but also strategically aligned to drive growth. To meet the demands of an ever-evolving retail industry, it is critical to have the right people who are empowered along with comprehensive performance management and development processes. ◾ Dr.Rajagopalan Purushothaman (Puru) (Founder - Nlight Consultancy) stressed the concept of Micro Builds Macro. He explained that high-performance teams are built from individuals who possess self-awareness, intrinsic motivation, and accountability. Cultivating a culture of self-development at the individual level is key to empowering teams to achieve exceptional results. ◾ Mr. Glen Attewell (Advisor - Reliance Retail) discussed what makes high-performing teams stand out. He noted that while businesses can succeed without high-performance teams, having them can make a significant difference. High-performing teams thrive under a collaborative leader who acts as a conductor, fostering an open feedback culture that constructively challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement. ◾ Mr. Bhaskar Kelkar (Business Head - Centro) discussed that building high-performing teams starts with "loading the bus" with the right people who possess technical & functional and essential soft skills along with behavioural traits like passion and trust. Leadership plays a crucial role in creating a culture of meritocracy, openness, and continuous development. ◾ Mr. Ramandeep Singh (HR Head - Consumer Electronics) spoke about how transformational success hinges on having a high-potential workforce with an agile, growth-oriented mindset. Even a small percentage of high-performing employees can drive significant organizational growth.     Cheerleading for Champions in Making! 🏆 Believing in the significance of sports in fostering lifelong learning and nurturing character and leadership values, Reliance Foundation champions Sports for Development to shape the minds of India's youth! Embodying our Reliance’s core philosophy of #WeCare: Reliance for All – Growth for All, Care for All, Access for All, our Sports for Development programmes foster inclusivity and diversity. During FY 2023-24, Reliance Foundation supported athletes won several accolades at the national and international level. While 237 medals were won at the national level, 65 medals were won at the international level, in global championships such as the Asian Games. 🏅 Moreover, 11 Young footballers from Reliance Foundation Young Champs secured professional contracts! ⚽️ Emerging as a landmark year for Indian sports, 2023-24 also witnessed the return of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) session to India after 40 years. We also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the IOC to expand the Olympic Values Education Program (OVEP) in India, to encourage children to embrace an active lifestyle and integrate the core values of sports into their daily lives.
