Snapshots from our first on-campus interview drive. The event began with an orientation session led by our founder Ezhilvanan Arunachalam, CEO Santhosh A, and the principal of einstein college of engineering, Velayutham. Training and Development Coordinator Ashok M, along with our experienced THANGARAJ P and Santhosh A, meticulously planned and executed the drive, effectively interviewing over 30 candidates to match the company's needs.

To meet the demand for quality engineers and drafters in the modern millwork design industry. With four years of successful recruitment experience in my professional career, we have wrapped up an exciting recruitment process at QUADE and wanted to share our approach with fellow entrepreneurs in the millwork industry Architectural Woodwork Institute We start by prioritizing Talent Development through the QUADE Knowledge Upscale Program. After a 12-day internship program with 13 eager participants, we were impressed by their enthusiasm and skills. It was clear that these young talents had a lot to offer if provided with proper guidance and a platform for growth. So, we decided to dive deeper and opened up a comprehensive interview process to find the best fits for our team. Technical Assessment: We began with a challenging technical round, testing skills in AutoCAD, Millwork industry knowledge, Microsoft Excel, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, project management, and even Microvellum basics. Out of 31 students who showed interest, 19 made it to the next round. One-on-One Interviews: We then conducted detailed interviews to understand each candidate's strengths and see how they could fit into our company. This personal touch helped us identify the most promising talents. Final Selection: After considering their performance throughout the internship, the technical assessment, and the interviews, we extended offers to 6 exceptional students. We also identified 8 more candidates for future opportunities. This experience reinforced the importance of investing in young talent to keep up with our industry’s demands. Back and better than ever! The last three months have been the busiest of the year so far—hectic yet rewarding. - Successfully completed several complex Millwork live projects using Microvellum and expanded the Microvellum team. - Led our team in the successful execution of a 12-day internship program for engineering students, focusing on architectural woodwork, competence, work culture, the importance of continuous learning, and Microvellum. - Conducted our first on-campus interview drive, offering employment opportunities to 6 candidates and shortlisting 8 more for future roles. Each of these achievements involved countless hours of hard work and strategic decision-making to deliver the best outcomes for everyone—customers, our team, our interns, and management. I'm incredibly proud of what our team has achieved. Over the past two months, the lessons learned by myself and our team have been some of our greatest takeaways. In many cases, we learned new things and had the immediate opportunity to implement them successfully. In the coming days, I would like to share the detailed process behind these successful outcomes, so that you can learn something valuable from it. Excited to take on more and do even better.

Update about my first round interview at QUADE ENGINEERING SERVICES ! I had the opportunity to participate in the first round of interviews with Quade Engineering Services on today. It was an engaging experience that challenged my knowledge and skills in project management and software proficiency. Here are some of the questions I encountered: 1. What is important when tracking project progress? 2. How do you manage changes in a project? 3. What will you do if you see a colleague breaking company rules? 4. What is a key feature of Microvellum software in millwork? 5. Which function in Excel finds the average of numbers? 6. How do you handle stress when a deadline is near? I’m looking forward to the next steps in the interview process and am excited about the potential to contribute to such an innovative team at Quade!
