We're a cutting-edge learning platform dedicated to transforming education for students from PreK to 12. Our mission is to redefine traditional schooling by prioritizing student interaction, engagement, and the cultivation of higher-order thinking skills. At The Mindful Learning Space, we offer a diverse range of small group, instructor-led courses both online, in hybrid format, and in our center. Our programs cater to students aged 3 and above, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for learners at every stage. Responsibilities: 👨💻 👩💻 Teach a range of courses including core academics (English, STEM, Math, Computer Science) and new age skills (creative and critical thinking, coding, leadership, SEL) to students aged 3-18 in online, hybrid, and physical settings. Research and integrate innovative learning resources, tools, and pedagogical methods. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts, curriculum designers, instructional designers, and content developers. Manage support functions related to operations and R&D, including course repository maintenance, parent communications, class scheduling, and marketing and sales support. Qualifications: 🎓 📚 Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or learning design, including at least 500 hours of classroom interaction with PreK-12 students. Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or learning design, including at least 500 hours of classroom interaction with PreK-12 students. A passion for education and effective learning methodologies. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, with an ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.

Getting Math Intervention Right with AI!! Each of our relationship with Math is so unique through school!! Involving an awful lot of twists and turns, the trajectory in itself a beautiful complex math problem! Excitement, dread, pure joy, validation, relief, fear, anxiety, pressure, adrenaline, dreams, discovery, mystery,.. countless attributes coming to awareness of the mindful learner!. It would be so beautiful if only we got intervention with a child's math learning right. We are thinking about - 1. Nurturing Excitement and Wonder: Implementing truly customized, and engaging teaching methods to keep the spark of curiosity alive in math. 2. Embracing Fear: Recognizing and addressing math anxiety, turning it into a stepping stone for growth. 3. Fostering a Growth Mindset: Encouraging students to see challenges as opportunities to learn and evolve. 4. Instilling Grit and Rigor: Developing perseverance to explore and appreciate the wonders of math. 5. Promoting Mindful Engagement: Creating an environment where students connect with math joyfully and intrinsically.
