On July 13th, 5 members of our Patient Awareness Council (PAC), Kurla-Rabale, visited Acworth Hospital in Wadala, Mumbai to explore their initiatives in Patient Centricity. They had a productive interaction with the Acworth Leprosy Hospital Research Society, gaining insights into grassroots patient care and witnessing over a century of dedication to patient centricity. The visit included a unique experience at the Heritage Acworth Leprosy museum, one of only five in Asia and one of its kind in India, providing valuable insights into their work. This visit has paved the way for future collaborations to advance the Patient Centricity agenda together. #PatientCentricity
