🍃 Plastics has become deeply intertwined with our daily lives, serving essential roles in packaging, manufacturing, and even healthcare. However, its pervasive use has led to significant environmental issues, such as pollution and ecosystem damage. 🍃 Whether you’re a seasoned environmental activist or just someone who wants to reduce plastic waste in your life, there’s no reason to let July go by without making a change. Today at LAMBSROCK, we pledge to refuse (or at least try) single use of plastics in our daily lives and in our construction industry. We understand that as a major consumer of single-use plastic, the construction industry could help to drastically reduce waste by using less and, instead, reusing and recycling more. In conjunction with clients and our supply chain, we bring value addition through advising our environment conscious clients to take measures to reduce single-use plastics by including employing reusable shoe covers or a closed-loop system for protective plastic sheeting to name a few.
