  • EESL provides premium, high-quality #energyefficient products, but unfortunately, some fake sellers are exploiting this by offering counterfeit or imitation products at lower prices. These fake items won't deliver the performance or value you expect. To ensure authenticity, every EESL product comes with a unique barcode that can be scanned to verify its details online. Stay vigilant and avoid counterfeits; always purchase genuine energy-efficient products from eeslmart.in. #EnergyEfficiency Vishal Kapoor

  • The recent Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Assessment Workshop, jointly hosted by Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and USAID’s South Asia Regional Energy Partnership (SAREP), marked a significant step forward in integrating gender equality into the energy sector. Our senior leadership actively participated, discussing the vital role of GESI in energy initiatives. The discussion highlighted various initiatives by EESL aimed at promoting gender equality. These include training underprivileged women as commercial drivers, empowering Solar Mart Didis with technical skills, and building the capacity of SHG women to assemble solar lamps, among others. At EESL, we are committed to empowering women and gender inclusion in the energy sector. Together, we will continue to drive meaningful change. Empowering Change: Advancing Gender Equality in South Asia's Energy Sector The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Assessment Workshop, hosted by USAID’s South Asia Regional Energy Partnership (SAREP) and Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), was both beneficial and productive. The event brought together senior EESL officials to explore the crucial connection between gender equality, social inclusion, and the energy sector. Using GESI as a diagnostic tool, the workshop focused on structurally integrating gender components into the planning and execution stages of EESL’s various programs, equipping the team with practical strategies to close gender gaps and create an inclusive environment including approaches and frameworks for GESI integration, how to create GESI-responsive budgeting etc. The discussion highlighted several EESL initiatives to promote gender equality, including training underprivileged women as commercial drivers through EESL's mobility program, empowering Solar Mart Didis with technical knowledge on BLDC fans and marketing skills, conducting awareness sessions on energy efficiency and renewable technologies, performing a qualitative study on women's safety as part of EESL's Streetlight National Program, and building the capacity of SHG women to assemble solar lamps through the SOUL program, among others. We extend our gratitude to the EESL senior leadership and participants for their invaluable contributions and their active engagement. We look forward to witnessing the positive impact of this workshop within EESL and beyond! #GESI #GenderEquality #SocialInclusion #GenderEmpowerment #DiversityAndInclusion #SouthAsia USAID USAID India South Asia Regional Energy Hub (SAREH) Apurva Chaturvedi Monali Zeya-Hazra Namrata Mukherjee Nidhi Prabha, Ph.D Ritu Singh Farah Ahmed Energy Efficiency Services Limited Shefali Sharma Renu Sati
