The complexity of industrial applications is constantly increasing and requires reliable components. ✔ And components that are not immediately visible at first glance also play an important role. Our varied range of PCB connectors with suitable wiring has proven itself over decades and is still a component in many control units today. Cabling solutions with D-Sub connectors, for example, are still an integral part of the industrial environment today. ✔ If two or more PCBs need to be connected together in the device, this is usually done using ribbon cables. Cabling solutions with SEK or har-flex® connectors are the ideal solution here. With har-flex® we are responding to the trend of miniaturisation. This series offers a variety of assembly solutions for space-saving PCB connections with pin counts from 6 to 100. 🔌 All Electric Society also on the standardisation side   Vimal Mahendru, Chairman of the IEC Standardisation Management Board (SMB) and Vice President of the IEC, likes to talk about the ‘All Electric and Connected Society - AECS’, as everything that is electrical must also be connected. ⚡ Electrification in the interests of reducing emissions   The Electrification Hub at Mälardalen University in Sweden aims to pool expertise and drive forward electrification while taking climate change into account. New apprentices on board at HARTING! 🚀   Today we welcome 26 new apprentices and dual students who are starten their journey at HARTING. With a total of around 130 junior employees in over 25 professions, including the new practice-integrated ‘Software Engineering’ degree programme, we are proud to be shaping the future of the Technology Group together. ‘You are actively shaping the future of the Technology Group. So: be curious, ask questions and, most importantly, enjoy doing all of this,' said Head of Apprenticeship Nico Gottlieb, motivating our new talents. The first day began with comprehensive onboarding at the NAZHA (New HARTING Training Centre), where all new apprentices learn from and with each other. During the onboarding week, the new apprentices are given an intensive insight into the world of HARTING, including training courses and tours of the company in Espelkamp and Rahden. The week traditionally ends with a team-building event on the "Bauerngolf" course.
