Our CTO, Amit Tamba, showcased the successful Government Process Reengineering of the Public Works Department, Goa to the Chief Minister of Goa, Shri Pramod Sawant. The presentation was attended by Shri Puneet Kumar Goel, Chief Secretary of Goa; Dr. V. Candavelou, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister; Shri Alok Kumar, DGP Goa Police; and Shri Uttam Parsekar, Principal Chief Engineer, PWD Goa. Each section in a Government organization is typically run as a data silo, with no access to the work performed by other sections. This leads to duplicated efforts, inefficient resource use, poor communication between stakeholders, and unnecessary expenditure.
