About us

“To live our lives with an infinite mindset means that we are driven to advance a cause bigger than ourselves.” – #TheInfiniteGame by Simon Senek EldersIndia advocates for #seniorcare, addressing the need for elderly care services that remain largely unstated. Elderly family members are left behind at home or another location without adequate care when people juggle work and home responsibilities. Besides the increased anxiety and stress levels, employees may have to take frequent leaves, have higher travel expenses, and often run the risk of losing their jobs. High attrition rates cause companies to suffer from loss of productivity and incur huge overheads in hiring and retention. Both the organization and the individual become less efficient as a result of this vicious cycle. Corporates, employees, their families and service providers come together on this unique EldersIndia initiative to improve quality of life, support productivity and optimize costs in any organisation. Our ready solution of professional Senior Care Services empowers senior citizens to lead comfortable and independent lives; increases employee responsibility towards elderly family members with ease; helps corporates to support employees in the workplace with minimum investment of time and money so that all get the desired outcome. We offer a comprehensive range of efficient and reliable #eldercareservices, including Home Healthcare, Emergency Response, Elderly Assistance, Safety & Security, Leisure & Recreation and Wealth Management. Accessible anywhere, anytime.

Age is no longer a barrier to achieving something in life if you are determined and passionate. This has been proven time and again, with senior entrepreneurs showing that it's never too late to start something new. After spending six -seven decades of their life, most people believe there is nothing much to do any more. But Harbhajan Kaur, a 94-year-old entrepreneur from Chandigarh, challenges this idea. She found a new purpose by turning her passion into a successful business.  With her daughter's encouragement, she began selling her delicious homemade 'besan ki barfi' under the brand name 'Harbhajan's.' Even though she faced obstacles in the past due to her husband’s reluctance, Harbhajan Kaur never gave up on her love for cooking. In 2016, she told her daughters that she had done everything in life except making money. This led to the start of her barfi business, selling at a weekly organic market in Chandigarh. Harbhajan Kaur is a great example of how it's never too late to start something new; it’s never too late to live your dreams; it's never too late to manifest your desires. Her story shows that age is no barrier to success and serves as an inspiration to everyone. She proves that with passion and determination, anyone can turn their dreams into reality, no matter how old they are. #SeniorEntrepreneurs #Inspiration #Passion #WomenInBusiness #Eldercare #EldersIndia #Elders Video Courtesy- Josh Talks Reema Bose Suri Raghunandan K S

At the 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 & 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 2024 in New Delhi, we were honoured to join a platform that brought together inspiring champions of inclusion. Our founder Raghunandan K S shared the platform with Harjeet Joshi, India's first woman to lead the Shipping Corporation of India; Richa Bansal, founder of Sarthee; and Dr. Chandra Mauli, CHRO at Jivika Healthcare. 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 - 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞  - the panel opened up a diverse and enriching dialogue on age diversity, caregiver inclusion, and disability inclusion. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: As longevity increases and fertility rates decline, the working-age population is expected to shrink, leading to a greater demand for skill-based workers. Seniors could play a pivotal role in bridging this gap. Moreover, today’s working-age population will face the challenges of managing multigenerational dynamics at home, with the added responsibility of elder care. This challenge is particularly acute for women, who continue to bear the majority of caregiving duties. To truly support women in the workforce, we must rethink caregiving support creatively and inclusively. Creating an ecosystem that supports this, through corporate initiatives, individual efforts, and policy changes, is essential. It was inspiring to hear Manoj Kohli and Sanjeev Bikhchandani discuss how to foster an inclusive culture within organizations and shape mindsets by leading through example. Monika Halan and Rtn Alpa Shah's session on financial inclusion, especially the importance of women making their own financial decisions and the impact of longevity on financial wellness, was particularly timely. Thanks Dr.Saagarika Ghoshal for inviting EldersIndia to the Global Inclusion Summit. Sensitization and continued conversations like these are vital for raising awareness. #EldersIndia #Longevity #Inclusionmatters #FutureofWork #Workforce #GlobalInclusionSummit Reema Bose Suri Raghunandan K S

#WorldSeniorCitizensDay 21𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 #RethinkAgeing Ever so often, stories like this 94-year-old working grandmother in Japan, who’s also a social media star, remind us to challenge our views on ageing. As we live longer, particularly in India’s rapidly growing urban elderly population, we can also view this as an opportunity, not just a challenge. At EldersIndia, our focus is on creating a holistic elder care ecosystem and encouraging corporates to start these essential conversations. With the right approach, we can even transform this demographic shift into a chance for elderly fulfillment and better support for caregivers. What do you think? If you know an inspiring elder, do share their story. #EldersIndia #AgingWithDignity #ElderCare #GoldenYears Reema Bose Suri Raghunandan K S

Our Founder and CEO Raghunandan K S shared this wonderful post. “We often underestimate the true potential of our elderly, viewing them more as dependents than contributors. I would like to share an inspiring example from Zimbabwe that challenges this perception. Facing a severe shortage of mental health professionals, Zimbabwe launched the Friendship Bench—an initiative where grandmothers are trained as counselors to address the community's mental health needs. This program is not just accessible and affordable but empowers these grandmothers to make a real difference in their communities. It’s a global success story that highlights the active role older generations can play in solving modern challenges. At EldersIndia, we are inspired by such models and are committed to empowering Indian seniors to play meaningful roles in society. Creating a supportive ecosystem for the elderly isn't just beneficial for them—it’s vital for corporate India too, enhancing employee focus and productivity. Connect with us to explore our programs, ranging from preliminary sensitization to comprehensive eldercare solutions.” #EldersIndia #EmpowerSeniors #CorporateResponsibility #CommunityCare Pic credit: Al Jazeera Reema Bose Suri

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐜 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬. In India, as the elderly population grows, companies are addressing employees with ageing parents and in-laws in a significant way. Organisations with forward-thinking benefits offer elder care leave, mental health counselling, and wellness apps. Besides global MNCs, startups and Indian companies are also making meaningful investments. At EldersIndia, we are delighted to see The Economic Times highlight this important trend. The recent roundtable we organised with Corporate Shiksha reinforced this focus by meeting with global and Indian HR leaders. Raghunandan K S, our founder and CEO, also highlighted this shift. If you're seeking a holistic, end-to-end platform solution rather than fragmented interventions, we'd love to connect with you. The elder care platform we offer is unique in that it offers services across physical, social, emotional, and financial health of elders. Not just sensitisation and awareness, we also manage the entire ERG strategy for corporations.
