Through Celemi Enterprise™, each team became a company competing for market leadership, with participants stepping into critical roles in Marketing, Sales, Development, Services, Planning, and Finance. Key insights explored included Competition, Pricing, Positioning, Operational Efficiency, and Product Portfolio Management.
