We are thrilled to announce that Sivakumar Selva Ganapathy has joined the AIM Leaders Council! Sivakumar Selva Ganapathy is Vice President of OpenBlue India Software Engineering and APAC Solutions at Johnson Controls. He leads engineering and innovation centers in India, focusing on sustainability and smart buildings through SaaS solutions powered by AI and data analytics. A thought leader and angel investor, Siva also serves as a board member for Johnson Controls India. Previously, he held leadership roles at Honeywell. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University and certifications from IIM Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad, and the Institute of Directors. He is a part of nasscom ER&D Council from 2023-2025 We are glad to have Sivakumar onboard and look forward to his participation in the council.

The AIM Leaders Council will be hosting its next Online Meet on November 21st, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM IST. Topic of discussion: "Agentic AI: A new frontier in AI". We will be joined by Prabhakar Srinivasan, Director of Technology, Innovation & Co-Lead of the AI Practice at Synechron. About: Prabhakar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the field of AI, ML and Data Science. Currently, he is the Co-Lead of AI Practice at Synechron Technologies in Bangalore. He and his team of AI, ML researchers work on the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI, Computer Vision, Advanced NLP, Deep Learning and Recommender Systems. Prior to joining Synechron in 2022, he worked as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at large enterprises including Apple, CISCO, Samsung & Yahoo. Prabhakar has a Masters in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago and a Masters in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, India. His talk is focused on an explanation of what Agentic AI is and what the potential for applying it to enterprise-scale problems is and a deeper dive into the technology stacks that enable Agentic AI. We are thrilled to announce that Kasi Rajeev Oduri has joined the AIM Leaders Council! Rajeev is a seasoned AI and data science leader with over a decade of experience in building strong teams and data science solutions in marketing analytics, and media measurement space at fortune 500 businesses such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Office Depot. He is currently responsible for growth driven onsite & offsite ad product testing, machine learning based audience targeting, lifetime value measurement, multi-touch attribution models, and clean room technology innovation for Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP), a retail media business at Walmart Inc. Prior to MAP, Rajeev led various data driven growth initiatives for Walmart US Marketing, W+ Membership, Sam’s Club Membership, and Office Depot. As a key member of IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) center of excellence working groups, Rajeev offers his expertise and insights to improve the standards of retail media measurement and data collaborations and publish papers for broader awareness and general adoption. Rajeev's prior work on integrating randomized control trials with machine learning uplift models to improve direct mail operations and targeting helped Sam’s Club win the Marketing Analytics excellence award at ANA Genius Awards. Now, his mission is to advance the retail media measurement and data space with AI and data science innovations. Rajeev has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research and Applied Statistics from the University of Houston, Main Campus. We are glad to have Rajeev onboard and look forward to his participation in the council.
