Building intelligent drones is about more than just adding cool features. My team has one job – making our drones smarter with each generation. We’re essentially building the 'brains' of our drones. One of the biggest efficiency killers for any project is poor flight performance. Unexpected wind conditions, battery drain, and connection blackouts knock drones out of the sky. Not at Aereo. That’s where we bring in innovation. We’ve spent a decade working with flight control systems that makes each flight stable, precise, and reliable. This system takes into account the drone’s health and several other factors to make millions of calculations every second. Behind the scenes, our code sets up sensors to back each other up. Let's talk about precision and discipline. From my days in the Indian Army to leading Aereo’s key operations, precision has been my guide. At Aereo, we've built our operations on four key pillars. They are field operations, training, support & maintenance, and logistics & inventory. Step 1 is always best-in-class training. The better we equip our pilots with technical and non-technical skills, the more reliable they become on the field. Our trained operators finally step out into the real world. This is where things get more exciting! They travel nationwide to conduct surveys and gather invaluable data. Meanwhile, our logistics and inventory team act as supporting pillars. Whether it’s getting our operators to and from locations or ensuring all our equipment stays intact. And our support and maintenance team? They work around the clock to reduce downtime. They keep our drones up and running. Without them, operating a fleet of hundreds of drones every day would be a mountain of a task. We’re a well-oiled machine.
