Similarly, children might experience these feelings and reactions and will require our assistance in addressing current events. Whether it is in Israel as the threats mount or across Jewish communities with the heightened fear of antisemitic and anti-Israel hate, protests, and violence- these times bring upon us a new situation we will need to address on a personal level and to our family and community members. We have just returned from a series of seminars held in Ukraine, where we significantly bolstered the local Jewish community's resilience by conducting tailored workshops with top Israeli experts.  The first seminar, held in Kyiv by NATAL, was specifically for Th Jewish Agency for Israel's Aliyah coordinators. It equipped them with crucial knowledge and tools to navigate the ongoing state of emergency in Ukraine, a situation that demands immediate and continuous attention.  Despite the challenging circumstances of daily bombardments continuing across Ukrainian cities, the local Jewish Agency's employees in Ukraine have shown remarkable dedication. We are honored to assist them whenever possible!  We extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners in Natal, who consistently rise to the occasion, tackling critical callings and assignments with irregular logistics and constantly changing circumstances, all for the betterment of the Jewish people.

We are honored to share the Department for Combatting Antisemitism and Enhancing Resilience at the World Zionist Organization's overview document on FAQ regarding international law and Operation Swords of Iron. This piece, compiled by top experts, answers some of the most commonly asked legal questions concerning the actions of Hamas and Israel's response to the massacre of October 7th. We congratulate Yehuda Setton on his election as The Jewish Agency for Israel's CEO and Director General! Setton has served in various roles within the Jewish Agency for 16 years. In his last role, he was the Agency's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing programming and operations in 66 countries, including JReady and its Department of Emergency and Resilience. In his new role, Yehuda will succeed the esteemed Amira Ahronoviz, who has led the Agency with dedication and vision for the past six years and following 30 years of service in both the field and headquarters of the Jewish Agency.
