This year's Sukkot feels different. After a year of challenges and struggles, this holiday reminds us again of what's still missing. Our sukkah doesn't shine as brightly as it should until all the hostages return home. We pray that everyone can celebrate in a sukkah full of light, surrounded by their loved ones. Holding onto hope for a future where we can once again celebrate like we used to. Wishing everyone a holiday filled with hope, faith, and good news 💛

POV: We went on a date with the ex. Last week, like any classic ex-story, we met again! But this wasn’t just any reunion - it was at Xtra Mile's special event for our former employees. This time, it wasn't just about dwelling on the past (okay, maybe a little) but also look forward to an inspiring future! We kicked off the date with short talks on AI, ESG, and the future of marketing in 2025. Then, we dove into brainstorming sessions, where we realized that despite being "exes," we still share the same values: Relationship First, Be Xtra, Own The Future. By the end, we learned that even though each of us went down different paths, the connections we built back then were still strong. No matter how much time has passed, we discovered again that with exes like these – there's always a reason to come back ❤️

Last night, we had the privilege of attending a moving memorial ceremony at Kibbutz Re'im, honoring the events of October 7th and paying tribute to the fallen members of the kibbutz. As part of a joint project with the kibbutz, it was a unique and powerful moment to witness, marking the first time the community gathered together on the kibbutz lawn. The shared pain and deep connection could be felt throughout the evening. During the ceremony, Zohar Mizrahi, a member of the Kibbutz said, "Since then, we've only grown, thanks to the incredible people who joined us... You paved the way for our return home." These words touched us all, highlighting the strength and hope that emerge from adversity. And what could be more fitting than ending the ceremony with the song "To Believe" by Idan Raichel, which left us all with a feeling of hope, reminding us to believe in the possibility of a better future, even in the face of challenges.❤️🩹

There are moments that remind us of the incredible strength found in a caring and united community. Last night, across the western Negev, hundreds of billboards were displayed with the message "365.10.23 – Remembering," marking one year since the events of October 7, 2023. We are proud to be part of this important initiative, alongside leading companies and the digital agency "Link 19" from Sderot, with the goal of supporting the residents of the area, standing with the families of the hostages, and honoring the memory of those we lost. This project was made possible through collaboration with a local signage company from Sderot, which was previously run by Kobi Friente, who was tragically murdered on October 7. His wife, Sivan, continues to run the company with great courage. Together, we will keep remembering, supporting, and embracing - every single day. #365_Remembering 

After a year that felt like someone hit the "refresh" button on all our lives, and we're still waiting for the page to load... it's time to start a new chapter (or at least a new post) 😉 This year has been tough—no denying that—but it’s also reminded us that in moments of darkness, the responsibility to find the light rests in our hands💡 Let’s walk the extra mile together, toward a year filled with creativity, innovation, and new opportunities. We all hope for the safe return of the hostages, and may the new year bring sweetness, light, and positive news for everyone. So, how do you start a journey in the right direction? If you ask us – it all begins by going back to the roots. To kick off the new year, we put on our hats, packed our bags with good energy, and set out on an adventure in the Meginim Forest. We faced some challenging tasks that turned us into navigation ninjas, puzzle solvers, and... we even survived an epic battle against relentless mosquitoes. 🦟 But it wasn’t just about learning to navigate through nature – we also learned how to navigate through the business world as a stronger, more united team. And of course, no journey is complete without a little balance. After figuring out who we are and where we’re heading as a team, we made our way to the Barak Winery for some wine tasting and a delicious lunch that made all our worries feel a little smaller. 🍷 We wrapped up the day with a focused talk about our vision for the new year. Now, we’re heading back to work, a bit more relaxed (and maybe just a tad tipsy 😜), ready to conquer everything this year throws at us!
