About us
RAAAM™ Memory Technologies Ltd. is an innovative embedded memory solutions provider, that delivers the most cost-effective on-chip memory technology in the semiconductor industry. RAAAM™’s silicon-proven Gain-Cell RAM (GCRAM) technology combines the density advantages of embedded DRAM with SRAM performance, providing up-to 50% area reduction and up-to 10X power reduction over high-density SRAM, and it is fully compatible with the standard CMOS fabrication flow, requiring no additional process steps or cost. RAAAM™’s patented technology enables the extension of Moore’s Law for on-chip memories and can be used by semiconductor companies as a drop-in replacement for SRAM in their chips.

The European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) announced the companies selected for the #eicAccelerator and we’re thrilled to see that six Intel Ignite portfolio companies have been accepted! 🚀 The EIC Accelerator is the most competitive public grant program for European deep tech. With an acceptance rate of less than 4%, 68 companies out of 2,000 applicants will share the total funding amount of €411 million.
