In remembrance of the first anniversary of the tragic events of October 7th, the Fattal Hotel chain is launching a heartfelt culinary initiative across all of its hotels. This project seeks to honor the memory of those who lost their lives and to express solidarity with the families of the kidnapped, whose loved ones remain in captivity. At each Fattal hotel restaurant, a special station will be dedicated to a soldier or civilian who was killed or abducted on or after October 7th. These stations will feature their favorite dish, along with a photograph and a short biography, allowing us to remember their lives in a personal and meaningful way. The details of these dishes were gathered with the utmost care from bereaved families and the families of those still missing, in collaboration with the chain’s team and head chef Guy Rudovsky. In the past month and a half, Fattal Hotels opened all of its hotels and turned them into a home for residents of the south and north who were displaced from their houses.   Amidst all the chaos we experienced, there was a shining light of giving, mutual aid, and love that continued to guide us during this time. These are the core values of Fattal Hotels chain and its employees.   We are dealing with the reality imposed on us with great effort and giving. The challenges will test us, but they will also strengthen us. This short film we produced showcases a taste of the actions taken since that Saturday in all our hotels.

Supporting Israel's Farmers! At Fattal Hotels, we're getting our hands dirty to back Israeli agriculture! Our teams are rolling up their sleeves, volunteering in farm harvests across the country. From picking to packaging, we're thrilled to contribute to the agricultural industry and proud to lend a hand to Israel's amazing produce!

Fattal Hotels are proud to host the delegation of Gaza Envelope and southern Israel residents, impacted by the events of the October 7th tragedy, at the Leonardo Budapest Hotel. We would like to thank singer Idan Raichel, who volunteered to surprise the delegation and meet them at the hotel upon arrival. The delegation arrived in Hungary to demonstrate solidarity and support to the Israeli national soccer team in their matches against Switzerland and Romania.
