It is with great honor that we receive the 2024 Israel Defense Prize from President Isaac Herzog for three separate innovative defense technology systems. We are grateful to be working alongside the Israeli Ministry of Defense's Research, Weapons, Development and Technology Infrastructure Administration (MAFAT), Israel's Missile Defense Organization (#IMDO) as well as other defense companies to help safeguard the State of Israel and its citizens. These groundbreaking solutions are unique and are key to keeping the country safe during these challenging times. They join the numerous other awards since Elbit System's establishment that are all thanks to the company's employees whose creativity and professionalism know no bounds and are the core of the company's DNA. We will continue to work to find ingenious solutions to defend against all threats.

Elbit Systems was awarded a follow-on contract of approximately $127M to supply Iron Fist Active Protection Systems (APS) to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) for upgrades to the U.S. Army's Bradley M2A4E1 Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs). The Iron Fist APS is an advanced system aimed at enhancing the self-defense capabilities of light and heavy armored platforms against modern battlefield anti-tank threats, such as Anti-Tank Rockets (ATR), Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGM), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Loitering threats, in both open terrain and complex urban environments. The DESEAVER MK 4 is Elbit Systems' fourth generation of rotatable stabilized decoy launcher system maximizing the effect of the soft kill anti-missile defense capabilities provided by Aqua Marine - Integrated Electronic Warfare Suite (IEWS). The IEWS integrates Radar Electronic Support Measure (RESM), Radar Electronic Counter Measure (RECM), Communication Electronic Support Measure (CESM), Communication Electronic Counter Measure (CECM) and Immune Satellite Navigation System (iSNS). Fully integrated with ship combat systems, the DESEAVER MK 4 system provides perimeter protection against concurrent multiple missile threats from multiple directions. The system employs various types of decoys including chaff, corner reflectors and active Radio Frequency (RF) decoys. The ability to quickly maneuver stabilized rocket launchers enables the DESEAVER to respond simultaneously to multiple threats from numerous directions by delivering various payloads at accurate time intervals, according to specified anti-missile doctrines and guidelines. Elbit Systems was awarded an approximately $200 million contract by the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMoD) to supply High Power Laser systems for the "Iron Beam" air defense system. The High Power Laser system will provide a robust defense solution against a variety of threats.
