⚠️October 14th – 25th is European Safety Week⚠️ This week in Ireland, the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Safety Committee has dedicated this year to Focus on Critical Risk, encouraging construction contractors to get involved by identifying the key risks and developing initiatives to build awareness of these risks and how to mitigate them. At Unilin Insulation, we are on our own Zero Harm journey, improving safety and awareness on site across all four plants in the UK and Ireland. We aspire to be a zero-harm-company with a positive and caring culture where safety is an intrinsic part of our operations. Since launching, we have experienced a positive and increasing change in our behaviours & attitudes towards Health & Safety. Our Zero Harm initiatives also help staff to improve management skills and develop our leaders for the future. This will ultimately lead us to a safer and productive work environment whilst improving our operational excellence on all sites.
