Our 1st Quarter Results 2024 Update: 👏 The Speak Agency launched into a whole new market exactly 3 months ago. Our core value and what we live by day by day is "Deliver & be different" We took on 5 talent projects in just under 3 months (Thank you for supporting and putting your trust in us!) and we have successfully delivered on all roles.👏 Some roles were out with multiple recruitment agencies and on top of this some clients were also accepting direct applications. We do relish a challenge. We managed to fill 5/5. All our candidates we submitted for shortlist got interviews across all our 3 clients. 5 offers were made & 5 acceptances. Result! All candidates offered did not apply interestingly enough. All through our own network, referrals and headhunting. This I believe is the secret. We did not stop searching. Our interviewing and screening is meticulous and our knowledge and understanding of our clients, their culture and what they really need is what I believe sets us apart. To be honest, what makes us most proud of these placements is the feedback we received from both candidates and clients on how different we were to other agencies and we are now being recommended to their own connections and even family. To me that is a real testament. We truly believe in a referral led business and rely on this to help us grow.
