A big issue with manager feedback is consistency. Giving retrospective feedback to reps on how well they handled a customer conversation is highly subjective. One manager could score a call 4/10 versus another deeming it an 8/10 while using the same scorecard. This is where AI-powered coaching is super powerful. Managers can simply ingest a scorecard or scoring rubric they all agree on and allow the AI to consistently score these customer interactions weighted accordingly.
