Incredible stat from Gallup which shows that Europe had the lowest regional percentage of engaged employees in 2023 — just 13% 😲 For those who hear a lot about employee engagement but aren’t exactly sure what it means, it can be summarized into three pillars: 1. How passionate an individual feels about their job ❤️ 2. How committed they are to the organization 📊 3. How much discretionary effort they are willing to put in 💪 If you'd like to understand how to boost employee engagement, you can get in touch with us here: https://lnkd.in/dVuDsP36 Source: Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace: 2024 Report. #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceWellbeing #Leadership #Gallup #EmployeeExperience Gallup Philip Brophy Robbie Creevy Astrid Collier David McKechnie Fiona Burke Graham Cooke Paddy Woods Helena Clayton David Jones
