Calls for a four-day workweek are getting louder after a recent study! 👨👩👧 🚴♀️ 🏋♀️ 🎮 A new six-month pilot in the UK is offering more flexibility in work schedules, including options like flexible start/end times, nine-day fortnights, and compressed hours. The initiative aims to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention. 54 of the 61 companies from a previous trial have maintained the four-day week, highlighting its potential as a win-win for both workers and employers. 🌟 Let us know what you think!
