Happy 50th anniversary to our partner, the Women's Sports Foundation, who is breaking ground with their latest report, Play to Lead: The Generational Impact of Sport on Women’s Leadership. This first-of-its-kind study surveyed women from their 20s to 80s, examining the cross-generational impact of youth sports on women’s leadership.   Highlighting the transformative role of sport in developing skills, resilience, and leadership, the report also sheds light on barriers that have hindered full participation over decades, including the effects of Title IX.
