A big thank you to our guests Brian Shields of Neurent Medical and Gary Keegan of Uppercut who joined us yesterday the gibson hotel for our HPSU Founders Forum September event. Brian Shields a HPSU Founders Forum alumni gave a very open and honest CEO interview with Emer O'Donnell (Callery) sharing his journey from BioInnovate Ireland through to commercial launch in the US. Gary Keegan took us through some insightful exercises in building resilience in the role of CEO, some really useful takeaways for the group as start up CEOs. Our founders then broke into their founder groups to get working on their 12 month Growth plan presentations which will form part of our HPSU Founders Forum Founder of the Year competition which will take place at the gibson hotel on October 17th. The day will begin with a CEO Interview with Brian Shields, co-founder and CEO of Neurent Medical. We are really looking forward to hearing from Brian who is a previous participant on HPSU Founders Forum and winner of the Founder of the Year award 2019. The founders will then have an Insights Series workshop with Gary Keegan where he will bring the founders on a journey through his own experience of building high performance teams as well as sharing deom insights into building resilience in the role of CEO. The Founders will then meet in their founders groups to work through their toughest business challenges with the support of their trusted groups of like-minded founders.
