Paula Mullin - Executive & Communications Coach Paula has over twenty years’ experience working in communications and coaching with multi-national and Irish companies. She coaches extensively at C-suite and senior executive level. She is known for her ability to support these senior leaders in creating long-term meaningful change. Her area of expertise is coaching C-Suite Leaders around their Executive Presence, how they create impact by understanding their leadership style and communicating this with confidence and gravitas in their organisation. Pedro Angulo - Head of Team Effectiveness at AIB Pedro is also Programme Director of the Diploma in Strategic HRM at the IMI (Irish Management Institute), Board Member of Green Sod Ireland and a member of the HRD UK advisory Board. For many years, Pedro was also President and Chairperson of EMCC Ireland. Pedro is passionate about creating more human, purpose led and customer-centric workplaces. Back by popular demand our MC for the event is Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist Billy Byrne. Billy is a master trainer at KinchLyons, where he has spent the last eleven years working with individuals and groups across a wide range of business sectors. He is also an associate faculty member at the Irish Management Institute in Dublin and a lecturer at NSPC London where he is module leader on their master’s level coaching programme. She is the Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching in Toronto and holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto. She currently teaches at both the University of Toronto, and the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. She's published various works, including "Coaching A to Z: The Extraordinary Use of Ordinary Words" and "Appreciative and Relational Practices in Healthcare." An internationally recognized speaker, Dr. Moon has delivered keynote addresses at global conferences, pioneering the essence of transformative conversations in both academic and professional settings. Her transition into the private sector enabled her to add value to organisations in the healthcare, learning & development and offshore renewable energy sector by bringing a different perspective to the corporate world.
