Paula is no stranger to us in Broadlake, she has been an integral part of our business portfolio since 2016. In her role as CEO for TTM Healthcare Group Paula has successfully led this flagship company to its position as an international leader in workforce solutions, with an expanding global footprint. A visionary leader, Paula is passionate about championing the Broadlake culture across our expanding portfolio of businesses through the widening of our Family Principles and Tools. Paula will transition from her role of CEO of TTM over the next number of months. She will continue to support our people and the business while we begin the challenge of finding the person with the Skill, Will, Ambition and Fit to continue the success of the TTM Business. We know these are indeed hard shoes to fill but we are also thankful that Paula will step into the Broadlake Senior Leadership team with the same heart, passion and energy that brought her and our people in the TTM business to it's current and ever increasingly successful position in the global market.
