Kerjasama ini bertujuan membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan sumber belajar yang lebih beragam dan komprehensif.

Also this week, our CEO M A Wahyu, engaged in a meaningful dialogue on the profound connection between sustainable tourism and literacy, discussing how literacy can significantly impact sustainable tourism. This exceptional initiative, created by Townhall Muda a youth movement collaboration by Pijar Foundation was attended by the Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia and Traveloka to strategize on promoting sustainable tourism. With an example, through inspirational works like 'Laskar Pelangi' by Andrea Hirata, literacy does more than just enrich our knowledge—it also has the power to drive the local tourism economy. The story, set in Belitung, has opened the world's eyes to the hidden beauty of the region, attracting thousands of tourists to explore its unique local charm. At Wacaku, we are committed to promoting sustainable tourism by presenting stories that inspire travelers not only to enjoy the stories but also to experience firsthand the beauty and cultural richness of the destinations.

This week, Wacaku Founder and Co-Founder M A Wahyu, Fikri Hardillah had the invaluable opportunity to meet and have an in-depth discussion with Mr. Arys Hilman Nugraha, Chairman of the Indonesia Publishers Association. We covered a range of crucial issues from the challenges faced by writers, publishing problems, to the issue of piracy that harms both publishers and writers. Mr. Arys provided numerous valuable insights that sparked interesting initiatives. We also explored the significant role of publishers and communities in addressing these challenges, as well as the vital role of digital platforms like Wacaku in supporting and strengthening the foundation of literacy in Indonesia. Wacaku is committed to being part of the solution, helping to expand literacy not only in Indonesia but across Asia. This discussion opened up opportunities for closer collaboration and discussed innovative programs that we will launch together to support literacy enthusiasts. We hope that our next meeting will bring more detailed discussions and more concrete cooperation in bringing significant changes to literacy in Indonesia.
