IAPS Consultancy has a team of over 60 accredited consultants, ready to help schools with their enquiries. The range of expertise and experience available means that we can probably help with virtually any issue which can arise in a school.
All our consultants have agreed to work for IAPS members at a specially negotiated and highly competitive rate, well below typical freelance or company fees.
Many of our consultants are former or serving IAPS heads who can deal with all aspects of leadership along with the standard requests to help things such as appraisal, mentoring, inspection compliance and curriculum review.
The team also includes specialists in the field of recruitment for Heads, Bursars and Senior Leaders along with consultants who have financial backgrounds and the necessary experience to deal with matters such as pay reviews, benchmarking or mergers and acquisitions.
