William's animated reaction to England's 'nail-biting' Euro 2024 quarter finals victory

The royal, who is the President of The Football Association, was seen with his head in his hands as he watched the match, which was a 1-1 draw.
But he later leapt up with joy and punched air as England secured the victory on penalties.
He later acknowledged his reactions, posting a message his official Instagram account.
"Nail biting to the very end. Well done @England! Semi-finals here we come! We believe," he wrote, signing off with "W".

It's not the first time this week that William has been recognised for his comical actions.
The 42-year-old was spotted whizzing around the grounds of Windsor castle on an e-scooter, as captured in a hilarious TikTok that has since amassed over a million views.
The nine-second-long video showed the senior royal riding in style – wearing a blue jumper, black pants, sneakers and sunnies – as he drove his electric scooter down a pathway at Windsor Castle before turning down an archway and disappearing from sight.

Viewers were bemused by the sight of the heir of the British throne casually zooming past, a few weeks after he was seen bopping along to Taylor Swift.
"Pulling up to Windsor Castle on a scooter is the funniest thing," remarked one commenter.
"Prince William has such dad vibes and I love it," said one, with another adding that he's being "hip these days... dancing like no one's watching to [Taylor Swift], riding scooters... love that for him."
