Prosperity REIT has completed a strategic review on its sustainability roadmap for the coming years till 2030. We will commit to new GHG emission targets, including Scope 3, using 2021 as a refreshed baseline year, aligning with the SBTi. These targets will be achieved via proactive implementation of a series of green AEIs that will benefit Prosperity REIT, the tenants and the community. These AEIs will not only reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions within our portfolio, but also generate savings in electricity and repairs & maintenance expenses. Starting from this summer, the fresh produce from our self-managed rooftop urban farms do not only serve our tenants in the buildings. We also extend our reach to underprivileged communities in need of food assistance. With effect from 15 July 2024, the name of the REIT Manager of Prosperity REIT has been changed from “ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited” to “ESR Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited”. The REIT Manager is part of ESR Group Ltd. and the purpose of the name change is to better reflect such status.
