At Ovolo Hotels, we curate experiences that inspire and connect with people emotionally. Our Shakespeare by Spirits event at Ovolo Nishi brought together art and flavour in partnership with Bell Shakespeare and Archie Rose Distilling Co.. For one unforgettable evening, guests enjoyed a guided tasting of five Archie Rose spirits while exploring Shakespeare’s poetry, complemented by canapés from Monster Kitchen & Bar, including Gin and Tonic Cured Salmon and Beef Fillet Tataki. Each guest also took home a limited-edition Bell Shakespeare Gin crafted exclusively for the event. This was more than just an event, it was a celebration of culture, creativity, and connection.
