    We're thrilled to unveil our new administrative office at the recently expanded MMSB plant in Malaysia! Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, this space has earned the Bronze Award for Most Innovative and Sustainable Office Design at the 2024 HR Experience Awards. 🏆 What sets this office apart? 🌱 An open concept that fosters collaboration, abundant natural light to reduce energy usage, water and energy-efficient processes, and eco-friendly features like recycling bins and food composters.     This August, while the kids were out on summer break, we turned up the fun at Mattel with two back-to-back Family Days in Shenzhen and Hong Kong! 🎉 At our Shenzhen office, the space was transformed into a toy wonderland where families could immerse themselves in a world of Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, and Mega Bloks! Our team led group activities, bringing out everyone's inner child! 🚗🧸🧩 Over in Hong Kong, our office was buzzing with a carnival vibe—game booths, tasty food stalls, exciting workshops, and a lucky draw that kept everyone on their toes. 🎪🍿🎯 We’re thrilled to have welcomed around 500 participants across both days, creating wonderful memories and strengthening the bonds between our team members and their loved ones. 💕 Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun!
