At Hongkong Land, we are committed to support mental health initiatives to help our colleagues and communities in leading healthier and happier lives. This World Mental Health Day 2024, we invite all to take a break and prioritise your well-being. Find relaxation and boost your energy with these simple steps: ▪ Fuel your body with balanced nutrition. A well-rounded meal not only provides the body with essential vitamins and minerals, but also enhances your mood while reducing anxiety. ▪ Listen to your favourite music. Whether it’s a soothing tune or an upbeat track, music stimulates the release of dopamine which can significantly lower stress. ▪ Engage in a tranquil walk in nature. Being surrounded by greenery and placidness can lower cortisol levels, fostering a sense of peace and improving overall mental health. ▪ Connect with loved ones. Social interactions boost feelings of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation, contributing to a happier, more resilient mindset. Let us continue to nurture our mental health, today and every day. #HKLand #HongkongLand #inspireaspire #WorldMentalHealthDay #wellness
