Cheers to 29 years! We’re incredibly honoured to have been brewing and serving craft beer to our community in Hong Kong since 1995. To show our appreciation, we’re thrilled to release our special 29th Anniversary Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Saison, twelve months in the making. First, we brewed our award-winning Hong Kong Saison with its light malted barley and spelt base, late addition hops, house Saison yeast, and abundant hand-zested orange peel. Then, we blended this young Saison with mature Saison conditioned for 12 months on Brett yeast in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The result? A complex, dry, effervescent barrel-aged Saison with notes of orange zest, white wine, a touch of spice, and a delightful, light Brett funk. “29” is available while limited stocks last at your favourite craft beer bars and bottle shops in Hong Kong. #hongkong #awardwinning #localcraftbeer #communityfirst #sustainable

When our good friends at Lallemand Brewing, a global leader in the development, production and marketing of yeast and other speciality ingredients, suggested a collaboration brew, we immediately set to work, studying Lallemand’s innovative yeasts and crafting a new limited-release beer. Our brewer, Moses, took the lead, selecting Lallemand’s LalBrew NovaLager yeast for a Cold IPA. Cold IPA is an IPA fermented at lower temperatures, with lager yeast (instead of the more traditional ale yeast) and a clean grain bill (in our case, using Pilsner malt and rice) to create the perfect clean and light-bodied canvas for hops to shine. #hongkong #awardwinning #localcraftbeer #sustainable
