We're particularly proud to have expanded our client portfolio with prestigious sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East and SEA, and welcoming our new Partner in Asset Management in Hong Kong. Your support has meant a lot to us in our journey, and we are deeply grateful for the relationships we've built and strengthened over the years. Thank you, Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC ), for this honor. As one of the few, if not the first, recipients from Asia, I am proud to usher in a new era for our region.   The importance of community service in our profession as executive search consultants cannot be overstated. Our role allows us to assist our clients in finding the best leaders, which in turn contributes to the performance of companies, economic development, and job creation.   Equally important is our role to help individual leaders realize their full potential. I advocate a simple belief: One successful candidate leads to one happy family. I firmly believe that harmony in every family is the foundation of a harmonious society. With the honor I have received, I acknowledge the responsibility that comes with it.   I represent not only myself but also Global Sage and the executive search and leadership consulting industry in believing that we can influence world peace through a bottom-up approach, emphasizing the goodness of individuals. Asia's position in this new era of growth is crucial. I am committed to providing opportunities for the world to come to Asia and influencing future generations.   In a highly polarized world, which according to McKinsey will persist for some time, harmony is of utmost importance.   I am grateful to the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) for recognizing the importance of community service in our profession.
