E-Visits are an easy way to get in touch with a health care provider when you don’t have time to make an actual appointment. We are currently only offering E-Visits for COVID-19.
An E-Visit is an online questionnaire that can help determine if you need COVID-19 testing. Your answers to the questions will be sent to a medical provider for review. You will receive a response within one business day.
To complete an E-Visit, you must have a One Chart | Patient account. Create a new account to get started. Once you have created an account, follow the instructions below.
From the Nebraska Medicine app:
Step 1: If you haven’t already download the Nebraska Medicine app.
Step 2: Open the Nebraska Medicine app.
Step 3: Log in with your One Chart | Patient account if you aren’t already logged in.
Step 4: Tap the read “Start a COVID-19 e-visit” banner.
Step 5: Accept the terms and conditions.
Step 6: Complete the series of questions.
Step 7: Review and confirm the information prior to submitting.
Step 8: You’ll receive a response from a health care provider who has reviewed the information submitted within one business day.
From the One Chart | Patient desktop portal:
Step 1: Visit the One Chart | Patient portal webpage and log in.
Step 2: On the right side of the page, under “quick links,” select “E-Visit.”
Step 3: Accept the terms and conditions.
Step 4: Complete the series of questions.
Step 5: Review and confirm the information prior to submitting.
Step 6: You’ll receive a response from a health care provider who has reviewed the information you submitted within one business day.
