According to the New York Post, J-Lo has reportedly plunked down $10M (though surely less if the ask was $9.995M—Bronx homegirls aren't going to pay full ask) for this eight bedroom, 8500sf gambreled mansion in Water Mill. A source quoted in the Post referred to the price as a steal. We're not so sure of that: the property isn't waterfront, though three acres is a good lot size.
