My printer is the HP DeskJet3630 and the ink cartridge is 63/302. You can see it in the attachment. It can be used normally in the first two days, but when it was turned on yesterday, it showed that both ink cartridges were not inked. Then I replaced the new two cartridges, but still showed no ink. I cleaned it up according to the ink cartridge cleaning program written on the official website, but it still didn't show up. I want to know if it is a problem with the ink cartridge or a problem with the printer. If it is a printer problem, please tell me the address that can be repaired or come to pick it up. My address is Leeds LS21FF.

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
I have gone through your Post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue
Please remove the cartridges, clean the electrical contacts with a Lint-Free cloth and reinstall them firmly
Then perform a Printer Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Then update the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-3630-all-in-one-printer-series/7172306
Keep me posted if the issue persists
Thank you and have a great day 😊
