I am trying to build angle library on a machine without internet connection.

Build fails as chrome-infra-packages.appspot.com is inaccessible and a

"failed to generate venv derivation: failed to build package: virtualenv ..."

message

Is there a way to configure the build files so the above issue does not occur.
