This paper proposes Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) based speech enhancement algorithms. These algorithms utilize minimum mean square error (MMSE) estimator of clean short-time spectral amplitude, which respectively uses Gaussian, Laplace and Gamma probability density functions (PDF) as speech priors.
