Analysis code for predicting treatment outcome from social anxiety disorder

This directory contains the preprocessing and first level SPM analysis scripts
run using Nipype 0.3. The subsequent pattern analysis was performed with
Nipype 0.4.1 and scikits-learn 0.10. The figure generation was done using
IPython notebook.
