Nexans Validates its Net-Zero Commitment with SBTi Approval ✅ We are thrilled to announce that Nexans' net-zero commitment has been officially approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)! This milestone reinforces our dedication to sustainability and aligns with the Paris Agreement's goals. As one of the leading companies in the electrification sector, Nexans is setting a new standard by committing to significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions across our entire value chain. Our targets include: - Reducing absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 46.2% by 2030. - Reducing absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 30% by 2030 . - Reducing absolute scope 1,2 & 3 GHG emissions by 90% by 2050. These ambitious goals demonstrate our long-term vision for sustainability and our role in creating sustainable electrification solutions.
