MANIFESTO

A favela é um espaço rico em experiências, inovações e possibilidades.

Sabemos, porém, que para sair da pobreza é preciso contar com uma rede de apoio com objetivos comuns, unindo poder público, iniciativa privada, terceiro setor e sociedade. Só assim vamos estimular o desenvolvimento criativo e o protagonismo dos moradores das favelas brasileiras.

É unindo realidades que vamos encurtar distâncias, derrubar muros e construir pontes. Foi desse sonho que nasceu o primeiro produto social da Nestlé, em parceria com a Gerando Falcões, que terá 100% do lucro destinado a uma causa: mandar a pobreza da favela para o museu.

DESAFIO

O desafio foi criar um produto social unindo as forças de Nestlé e Gerando Falcões. Convidamos pessoas da companhia e líderes da favela, 100% engajados e conectados com a realidade, para soltar a imaginação e trazer ideias de produtos para crianças e jovens das favelas, pensando nas necessidades nutricionais desse público. Dessa conversa, nasceu uma barrinha de nuts e frutas produzida pela Nestlé, e embalagem desenhada por jovens atendidos pela Gerando Falcões.

BENEFÍCIOS

As barras de nuts e frutas Gerando Falcões foram criadas para crianças e adolescentes de 4 a 18 anos (e jovens de qualquer idade!) das comunidades brasileiras, e contêm vitaminas e minerais.

Todo o lucro da venda do produto será revertido para a expansão o projeto Favela 3D – Digital, Digna e Desenvolvida da Gerando Falcões.

PARCERIA

A Nestlé, maior empresa de alimentos e bebidas do mundo, presente em 99% dos lares brasileiros, e a Gerando Falcões, uma das maiores redes de ONGs do Brasil, estão juntas desde 2018 impactando a vida de crianças, jovens e adolescentes da periferia. Como resultado dessa parceria, nasceu a barrinha de cereais, nuts, frutas e vitaminas Nestlé e Gerando Falcões. A criação do produto social tem o objetivo apoiar o projeto Favela 3D – Digital, Digna e Desenvolvida, uma vez que todo o lucro da venda será destinado às iniciativas do projeto e contribuir para a redução da desigualdade social no Brasil.

In short, for an organization looking to bring in or develop more leads, it needs to bring in a major shift in its style of working from marketing and only sales to problem detecting and problem-solving.
