Perry Maysun

Perry Maysun (born July 29th, 2002), also known as “Young Juice” or “Calvin-Maysun Pink”, is an American rapper and songwriter from Westchester County, New York who is known for his experimental music and his sense of reality that he connects through his songs.

His longest running series of projects is the Reverie series. It includes five projects since 2022’s original Reverie with consistent additions.

The first three albums under the name Perry Maysun, My Elegant Breaking Point, The Man With No Face, and Theater 14 make up what Perry refers to as the Theater 14 trilogy.

Painting Naked. is one of his most popular projects. The mixtape notably has some of his most popular songs along with many features.

Perry Maysun & Young Wabo released two projects together in 2023. The first, Warping Time., was a six track EP and the other, Peace Blessings Be, was a full length album.

In October of 2023, Perry released 3 Windows & No Door, one of his most introspective albums.

Soon after the last, Perry released a collaborative experimental EP with Scubadiver. The EP, titled Las Vegas Simulator, was entirely produced by Scubadiver with rapping from Perry Maysun.

His final project of 2023 was rainwater grace. The album is his shortest he’s released, at only seven tracks.

Naked. was the first release from Perry Maysun in 2024. It featured fourteen tracks and was well received by his community.

Right before the release of Naked, he was diagnosed with bone cancer. Despite this, he continued releasing new music. His next release, Avoid Second Death became one of his most popular releases, as an eleven track concept album with one feature.
