Pete Rose, Major League Baseball’s all-time hits leader, might  be banned from baseball, but he’s still making a ton of money off the game. Working and living in Las Vegas, Rose, 72, has been selling autographs year-round, and, according to a Wall Street Journal report, his signature makes him more than $1 million a year.

Via The Wall Street Journal:

Since 2005, he has spent several hours per day, 15 to 25 days per month, 12 months per year signing his name for money. He signs and poses for photos with anyone who buys memorabilia from his business partners, with items such as baseballs and photos ranging from $75 to $800. And for this, Rose earns more than $1 million per year.

Rose’s best year in the autograph business was 2007, when he earned $3.6 million.
