Our COVID-19 food truck journey around Fresno continues with the Meltdown Bistro truck. Specializing in grilled cheese, the Meltdown Bistro has a large number of cheesy sandwiches and melts.

We ordered a classic Meltdown Sandwich and added the optional crispy Parmesan crust. We chose swiss cheese, though we could have opted for American, cheddar, or provolone cheese instead. Our second sandwich was a pig mac. A pig mac is a grilled sandwich with cheddar mac and cheese, pulled pork, bacon, with cheddar and American cheese. We also ordered the creamy tomato basil bisque to go with the sandwiches.

Our total came to $24 including tax.

This week our COVID-19 food truck journey continues with MmmmD's Tacos & More taco truck. The taco truck's day to day location in the Fresno area can be found on Instagram or Facebook. Mmmm D's Tacos & More serves breakfast when they are at a location with an early opening. The regular menu has both Mexican and BBQ items such as tri-tip.

We ordered lunch from the truck: a grilled cheese sandwich, a tostada combo with beans and rice, and a churro for desert.
