Je pense qu'il faudrait faire des efforts sur les plateaux repas de la cabine Premium, pour avoir pris celle de KLM (alors que je préfère le service de AirFrance à celui de KLM), les plateaux repas étaient meilleurs. A titre d'exemple sur AirFrance, le pain n'est même pas chauffé et servi froid.
Where is my luggage??? I flew from Paris to Guarulhos on Sept 13 and my luggage hasn’t arrived yet and nobody at the AF call center knows where it is, and I have already shared my Smarttag’s info and still nothing. Avoid Transavia they keep claiming they did not destroy my suitcase because the Lady who filled in a report at a Greek military airport, who did not speak English, wrongly filled it!!! I have pictures of the suitcase and witnesses and it cannot travel again, it gonna break down in pieces ! And Transavia dies not give a shit about that. Avoid Transavia

Évitez Transavia filiale Air France. Des voleurs qui n’assument pas d’avoir détruit ma valise et refusent un quelconque dédommagement. J’ai même proposé de leur montrer la valise, après avoir adressé des photos. Compagnie à boycotter!!!!!!
En verdad que es pésima aerolínea no la recomiendo llevo más de 3 meses esperando un desembolso!!! Que por motivos de salud se solicitó es pésimo después de muchos correos y llamadas y nadie hace nada en esa aerolínea pésima
#Airfrance is certainly the airline with the worst customer service in the world. In January 2024, I filed a refund declaration on time. 2 months later I had not heard from you. I contacted customer service who did not explain why the matter had not been dealt with. They restored the refund declaration. This time I heard something. Refusal as the refund declaration was not made in time. Customer service confirms that they can see that the first declaration has been made on time. But they can do nothing but restore the refund declaration. But the date obviuos becomes a problem in the system. This session has been repeated 2 more times. Most recently, the case was reinstated in June. This time I got no answer at all - again. It's a freak show. Unfortunately, customer service cannot help and forward me to a supervisor. They can see the problem and that I was timely in my first application. Who can solve it for Airfrance? I still need my €2000.
