Absolutely inspiring to see the growth and success of Young@AMI after just one year of this initiative! 🌟 We support Maja, Marek and the core team – Justin Wulff, Nick Achim, Lejla Pandzi, Şirin Tiryaki, Alexandra Gleber, and Max Heizmann – as they've transformed this community of 160 young automotive professionals within T-Systems International into a driving force. Together, they’ve achieved so much: ➡ Built a clear mission centered around Community, Knowledge Base, and Empowerment. ➡ Established new areas to support the community, such as Communication, Events, and Community Building. ➡ Worked hand-in-hand with AMI Management to promote project opportunities, support sales initiatives, and, of course, welcome new members. Young@AMI 1 Jahr im Steering - Was für eine Reise… 💫 Marek Albern Alber und ich haben uns so ziemlich genau vor 1 Jahr dazu entschieden die Community #Young@ami, eine Initiative mit 160 young Professionals im Bereich Automotive in der T-Systems International, zu steuern. Als Co-Leads haben wir mit unserem Kernteam Justin Wulff, Nick Achim Lejla Pandzi Şirin Tiryaki Alexandra Gleber Max Heizmann in dieser Zeit: 1. Eine Mission gebaut bestehend aus den drei Kernkomponenten Community, Knowledge Base und Empowerment 2. Verschiedene Ressorts gegründet zur Organisation der Community, darunter Kommunikation, Events und Community Building 3. Mit dem AMI Management zusammengearbeitet, Projekteinsatzmöglichkeiten beworben, Sales Initiativen gepusht und natürlich fleißig neue Mitglieder willkommen geheißen Die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte für mich? Nicht nur durfte ich im Prozess viele tolle und inspirierenden Kollegen kennenlernen und in der Community begrüßen, sondern auch ein Live Event mit Business Bezug organisieren! Every young@ami sells, every young@ami cares war unser Motto dieses Jahr und die Community wurde genutzt, um Maßnahme zur Verkaufsförderung zu erarbeiten. Der Tag startete mit einem passionierten Intro von Dr. Thomas Jenne zur Sales Strategie der Digital Solution und der AMI. Gefolgt haben Uwe Johnen, Moritz Nowitzki und @Peter Schulz mit Deep Dives zu unseren bestehenden Sales Initiativen. 👏 Danach war es an der Zeit selbst aktiv zu werden für unsere Gäste! 5 Challenges - alle designt, um verschiedene Verkaufskanäle zu erschließen und neue Herangehensweisen zu erarbeiten. Von Leitfäden für einen Erstkundenkontakt über neue Social Media Strategien, bis hin zu Order Entry Dashboards war alles dabei. 🎬 💻 💐 Unser größtes und wichtigstes Learning bleibt tatsächlich unser Tagesmotto!
