Balenciaga is committed to the professional development of interns and apprentices and has developed a three-step program to accompany them. First step: onboard. Balenciaga pays particular attention to providing comprehensive information for a smooth integration from the Kering Group to the House's heritage, values, products, operations, and environmental & social commitments. Second step: develop and grow. To expand their professional opportunities, Balenciaga's intern and apprentice community is invited to take part in a round table discussion with experienced company managers. This forum is also an occasion for new interns and apprentices to receive development advice. Third step: expand network. Balenciaga enables interns and apprentices worldwide to meet and share their experience over a dedicated virtual gathering, broadening their House and industry knowledge. In 2024, 75 duos were created. In 2023, Balenciaga welcomed more than 360 interns and apprentices within all departements worldwide.
