    Creating a workplace where all talents can thrive. At the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society, our delegation participated in two sessions focused on building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. The first session, "Young people, stereotypes and their impact on recruitment and promotion processes," raised questions such as: 🔎 How can men support gender equality? 🤱 How can women balance work and family? 🤖 Is AI neutral? At AXA, we're driving inclusion by training 15,500 colleagues in inclusive hiring, expanding pathways with training, and reflecting through our Diversity & Inclusion survey. In the Human-centric Organizations themed session, Karima Silvent highlighted our #WeCare program for a supportive culture and our focus on addressing domestic and sexual violence through critical client services. #WeAreAXA #WFGM24

    AXA Climate joined forces with Groupe Nutriset, specialised in the development, production and distribution of nutritional therapeutic foods, to assess the impact of climate change on the dairy industry and value chain, as part of their fight against global malnutrition. ❎ By 2050, the quality and quantity of milk in Europe and the United States will be affected by climate change. ❎ 97% of the milk purchased by Groupe Nutriset in is expected to be affected by heat stress, resulting in a 3.5% drop in milk quality. ❎ Heat waves will be on the increase, affecting 36% of production. The climate will have an increasingly significant impact on the production of feed for cows, and on the nutritional value of the feed on which it depends. Following this assessment, AXA Climate will advise Nutriset on solutions to maintain the quality of its dairy products, which are mainly intended for vulnerable populations in developing countries. #AXA4Climate

    🌞 How can we concretely protect and restore biodiversity together? For the second year running, we joined forces with the Great National Cause initiated by Make.org, whose mission is to mobilize civil society to positively transform our society. The aim of the 2024 consultation was to invite all citizens to share their good ideas and proposals for action in favor of biodiversity.  We all have a proactive role to play in protecting all forms of life and the interactions between them. We need to take far-reaching action to transform our relationship with the living, our values, our lifestyles, our modes of governance, our ways of producing and consuming, to make them truly sustainable.
